Who We Are

This website is operated by PB Coaching Ltd (company no. 14143331), trading as Parm Bains Un~Coach. Registered office: Office Suite 3, Shrieves Walk, Sheep Street, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6GJ. PB Coaching Ltd is the data controller. If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact [email protected]. A correspondence address is available on request.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use this website, send an enquiry, or work with us. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Using the website does not, by itself, mean you consent to every use of your data. We only process personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so.

What Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Contact details: name, email address, and anything you write in the enquiry form.
  • Enquiry content: what you share about why you are writing. Please only share what you are comfortable sending by email. If you include information about your health or wellbeing, we treat that as sensitive and use it only to respond to your request.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of running and securing the site. We also count how often each page is opened. That count does not use cookies and does not record who you are.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Read and respond to enquiries, including the code FREEDOM where relevant.
  • Arrange, provide, and follow up on Un~Coaching conversations.
  • Keep records needed to run the practice fairly and safely.
  • Send updates only if you have asked to receive them.

We also count how often pages are opened. That count is a total only. It is not linked to a person.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with others for their marketing.

Lawful Bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on:

  • Steps at your request before a contract, or performance of a contract: when you enquire or we work together.
  • Legitimate interests: running and securing the website, seeing which pages are read without identifying visitors, and keeping enquiry records for a reasonable time.
  • Consent: optional email updates, and any sensitive wellbeing information you choose to share in an enquiry.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Who We Share Information With

We use trusted providers who process information on our instructions:

  • The host that serves this website.
  • FormSubmit, which delivers enquiry emails to [email protected].
  • Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used on the site.

Some of these providers may be outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK’s adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses used by the provider.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Page counts are kept without cookies and without a record of who visited. The host may set strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers, which may process your IP address. You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links bring people here. It is off unless you accept. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage.

How Long We Keep Information

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond, and ordinarily for up to 12 months if we do not work together. If we do work together, records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the work and to meet legal or insurance requirements. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we must keep it. Page counts are kept as running totals. They do not include personal information.

How We Protect Your Information

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission is completely secure.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable form.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This website and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Updates To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date above.
